“Art of Niles”
Presented by Niles Gallery
Entries to the Art of Niles Show must depict Niles in some recognizable way,
images of local landscapes, buildings or events that give a perspective of life in Niles.

Notification of Acceptance or Decline on 2/23/2010

Show Dates: 3/1/2010 thru 4/30/2010

Pick up work 5/1/2010. If you cannot pick up at this time, please arrange for someone else to handle the pick up for you or contact to make arrangements.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. All media, styles and techniques will be considered. This includes but not limited to, oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, mixed media, drawing, collage or photography. Both 2D and 3D entries are encouraged, the only limitation is size of entry, no larger than 36” in any dimension and space limited for 3D art.
2. No film video, performance art or music.
3. All entries must be original and unpublished, no giclee or prints unless photography.
4. All work should be properly prepared for display with wire to hang or stands for 3d work.
5. All work should be thoroughly dry and ready to hang when delivered.
6. All accepted entries must remain for the duration of the show, unless sold.
7. Niles Gallery reserves the right not to display all work submitted.
8. There is no insurance provided for work placed in the show. Artists should provide their own insurance.
9. All applicants understand that Niles Gallery will retain a 30% commission on sold work.
10. All artwork accepted, must be labeled on the back with your name, title, size, medium, and price.
Submissions:
- All artwork must be labeled with your name and title and medium.
- Include the entry form with completed artwork listing which includes title, medium, size, and price.
- There is a $15 hanging fee. (entry fee used for publicity and reception)
- Make checks or money order payable to Niles Gallery.
- We will promote the show and submit press on your behalf. If selected, we may use your images for publicity and advertising of the show.
